Numbness in your arms,legs,etc. is caused by bad circulation.low or high blood sugar will cause you to go into a diabetic coma.I would suggest some good multi vitamins with anti oxidants,which increase oxygen in your blood stream.And if the numbness persists see a doctor.

numbness can also come poor circulation due to pinched nerves.
