it's ok. Are you giving this to a girl you just broke up with? Cause there could be to possible reactions...
1. SHe'll think its sweet and give you another shot.
or
2. she'll think your clingy and obsessed and run away even faster.
As far as poetics go...
the structure is ok. You have a good flow going. the last line is off however and if you did that on person... kudos. if not fix it.
