Half and half is half heavy cream and half milk. It is a creamier and heavier consistency than regular milk. It is most often used in coffees and teas to cut the bitter taste of black coffee.

not really half creamer, it's halfway between milk and light cream. IT's an all dairy product, unlike coffeemate which is non dairy.

Half and half is a pint of cream, similar to whipping cream or cereal cream which is the same if you can't find it, In Canada we don't have it labelled as such but have used the cereal or coffee cream and it works the same. good luck what are you cooking?
