Two possible reasons and hopefully they help.
1) We didn't come form monkeys, but something else.
2) Not all monkeys evolved.

Gosh! That's profound! Why haven't the world's greatest scientists noticed that! Then again, anyone with a modicum of scientific knowlege would never suggest that humans evolved from monkeys. That ridiculous idea is never mentioned by anyone except religious fundamentalists with no scientific background. Wonder why?

This question is asked every day, It is illogical.
If you come from your mom and dad, why do you still have cousins?
They share a common ancestor, humans are primates, the genetic difference between a chimpanzee and a human is less than that for a bulldog and a teacup poodle.

No, that's not what evolution says. It says there's a common ancestor, and that monkeys and humans evolved from that same ancestor but in two very different ways.
There are still some very good questions to be asked about evolution, namely why they haven't found that missing link? They've tried but they just haven't. Which means, they can either keep batting their head up against that wall and hope it'll fall down and show something, or they can try a different approach, and see if they can find something new.

That goes to show you that humans did not originate from a monkey and if so there would be no humans' only monkies, and this in one myth that mankind should do away with.

First, humans did not come from modern monkeys - we have common ancestor.
Second, it is like asking if dogs came from wolfs (and we know they did), how come there are still wolfs around? WHY NOT?

Apes, monkeys and humans all came from a common ancestor, but broke off long ago to evolve separately.
I think the more accurate question is:
If humans evolved from proto-human ape creatures, then why are there still proto-human ape creatures?
And... there aren't.
