The only difference between apple juice and cider is that juice is filtered. Press the apples like you would for cider, then run it through some filter paper, like a coffee filter. It will never be as clear as the stuff in the store (because i'm sure they distill that), and it takes a lot of apples and pressure to make. You can make it go farther by adding water and sugar.
