can you be a good mother?
yes a black man can be a good father figure. any MAN can be a good father figure regardless of race. just like any boy can be a jerk of a father - regardless of race.
Questions like this show that anyone can be ignorant - regardless of race as well.

Where do these people come from ther mothers *** or were they dropped on there head a a child. A black or white man can be a great father figure but if that man is a *** like you, no they can not be.

Yes he can be...if he is a good man. Race is not an issue though...but you are not asking if race is an issue so I won't go there. The answer is yes. He can be a good father if he wants to be.
