Chemical castration sounds about right, but why stop there...lets get anyone who desires to get into the priesthood in there too...

Child molesters are never "rehabilitated". There are only a few options to keep them from ever molesting another child They all have one thing in common, keeping the molester away from children. To do this, we, as a society have two choices, cage them forever at taxpayer expense or death. Choice of death should be flexible. I prefer the "nail it to the floor, give them a dull butter knife and set the building on fire" method.

Cruel and unusual punishment should not be used on anyone. Even child molesters.

Yes, with a dull knife and without numbing it first. The only thing cruel and unusual is what they do to innocent children and that castration still allows the rotten SOB to live. Good luck with your denial and bleeding heart

Yes, They should get all the punishments the law allows. My self it would be the last of him'/her if it happened to my child. These people that molest children are very sick in the head and heart.!!!!!!!!!!!!!

cruel and unusual is sending some one to jail for smoking a joint.
cutting a rapists balls off is a good thing in my opinion but he should be allowed to save some juice and have it frozen if he ever decides to have children. but that he must also be deemed rehabilitated in order to have children.

unfortunately, here's the problem with that. 90 percent of the time molestation deosn't even involve a penis. it has nothing to do with sex. it's about control and controling the victim.
so honestly, i believe death would be best.

Yes, however simple castration is not enough they also need life long incarceration.
