I am not circumsized and whenever I pull the foreskin out from the head, there is a very smelly cheesy substance that surround the base of my penis. It looks like cream cheese but a little more yellow. Sometimes it gets thick enough for me to scrape with a table knife but i don't do that often since I am worried about cutting myself there. It also taste very acidic and sour..This happens when I do not shower for a few days. Can anyone help and let me know what I can do about this?

Why would you not shower for a few days?
This is an area that you have you wash very carefully every single day for this exact reason.
Stop playing with yourself and have a shower.

you are nasty, you need to take shower everyday, your body sweat every day even during you sleep. the reason why you are getting that substance around your area it's because you dont clean the area daily. it's called "yeast".

u need better hygeine practices. u need to wash down there everyday. if u r not going to wash it everyday, i suggest a circumcision before u get phimosis or some other type of infection.

first of all, you need to take a shower every day...and i recomend that you get circumsized...you won't have the problem any more

That is disgusting!!!!!!! Why did you eat it? Were you that hungry? Take a shower everyday, wash your sheets, get circumcized, and stop eating the crap that comes out of you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is why God sets rules, to help you!!!!!!
