Your heart must have been broken recently....and hard.

I've thought it sometimes, but I realize after some time that life isn't worth living unless you take risks.

When you decide to date or "find" someone, you're taking a risk out on your heart.

If you're smart, you'll learn to hold the love for the lost ones in your heart and still have more to pass around.

Make your love infinite and you'll never feel like you're better off not loving at all.

Yes that is true. It is less heartbreaking, but think about all the things you'll be missing out on if you're alone. All the hugs, kisses, cuddles, and i love yous. Sometimes you have to take risks to find that special someone that's gonna make you smile like no one else can, even if it means risking your heart, that's what makes it special. It's like that saying "It's better to have loved and lost, than never to have loved at all.."

no I don't agree, living alone is lonely and sad. Even if you have great friends who are around all the time you will eventually find yourself alone because these friends will get married. Sounds like your afraid of putting yourself out there. Why be scared, I would rather love and lose than be emotionally shut off and frigid

Not if you are with the right partner, and I wouldnt let one bad relationship stop your dreams. If at first you dont succeed, then try and try again. Happily married for 14 years and my husband is my soul mate. My 4th marriage and his.
