Good lord you must be young. There is no shortcut clue. Even if you're able to get your head out of the clouds and you decide he's in love, he may not be in a few days or years or you may not be.

Honey..there is no short cut clue..
people sometimes give u biggest of hints and sometimes u dont get that..
the basic thing would be that he is doing all he should to love u and take care of u ....
i think that should be a big hint..
