Here is the correct answer. As long as the populations attention is diverted on these issues, you are not concentrating on the major issue at hand. It is an old CIA ploy! Do you realize that the "immigration" problem, and you are only talking about Mexicans, I assume, and I for one, cannot see the sense in it at all. Let this problem fester and you will have a "civil war", as the population takes the law into their own hands. Try looking at the Big Picture, the war that has cost the American people over 30 Billion dollars, more then enough to have rebuilt everything Hurricane Katrina destroyed. The government is not "procrastinating", it is allowing all of this to rein down upon us for the good of only a few greedy men. God Save Us.

The Federal government has little incentive now, state governments bear much of the cost associated with illegals, and there won't be an election for another two years.
I wouldn't look for the Federal government to really start doing anything until 2008.

In Texas, immigration is poor. i imagine the authorities is making an attempt and they have informed on the documents that they are construction a wall. i'm white and that i have never immigrated everywhere. regularly the Mexican subculture is immigrating right here. i like the Mexicans, The nutrition, the Sombreros, Pinatas, and the Fiestas, yet they are eliminating jobs for persons, gained't even paintings there, and receives a fee more desirable. I think it is because they aren't exactly sure what to do about it. Maybe they think if they put it off long enough, it'll just go away or resolve itself?
Who knows why the gov't does what it does.
Plus, it is getting to be tax time, they'd rather collect from us off of that!
