But I know what you mean. I have always believed in such a thing and even have searched for it all my life. But in my experience I have never seen it.
Of course there is nothing wrong with being true friends and having more as my wife and I have found out over the years.

It's a very good question.
In all honesty, I would have to say> no, not in the majority of cases.
One or the other of them would want more than just friendship, because there are other natural desires in the hearts of every person.
Hope you do great with your project.

hell yes they can! i have 3 best friends and they are all guys.... i wouldn't trade their friendship for anything but a stronger friendship (if that is even possible) my BEST friend and i have been friends for a long time and we recently became alot closer and everyone thought we were dating or having sex or being secretive about something but we werent-- we just love our friendship, he's like my big brother-- everyone thinks that if a guy and a girl are friends then there has to be some hidden agenda but it's not true and i speak from personal experience.... because i would rather have my GUY friends then my girl friends... it's just a personal prefference

Yes!!!! I believe it is totally possible for a male and a female to be friends without wanting anything more than that. I've had a VERY good male friend for years and it's been one of the greatest friendships I've ever had.

sure! I somewhat have had many male associates that in no way predicted something like that. no longer all adult males are pigs, in reality there are a kind of girls who in problem-free words befriend a guy for his body, or bragging rights. a good type of persons imagine that adult males are pigs and in problem-free words choose sex, yet a good type of girls individuals are like this, too. yet, on the different hand, the different 0.5 of the male inhabitants will in problem-free words befriend a lady for sex, or if she has something else they choose. yet, after time and journey, you get to the point the position you are able to discuss the adult males that are like this. do not ever position judgment upon each and every male, because even even with the reality that they'd be few and far in between, there are somewhat effective adult males accessible, that do not choose each and every female for sex; and ought to somewhat be a real pal in the route of you. i wish I helped, and chuffed New 12 months!

Absolutely! I am a straight woman who has several good male friends. We are buddies, period. I even point out women with big (you fill in the blank here!) for them. I mean, if 2 peeps connect in friendship, it doesn't really matter what their genetic make-up is. 2x's, a y and an x, who cares? LOL

In the past, my answer would have been a very firm "yes," but these days, it has drastrically changed. After examining all of my past friendships with men, I have found that--with the exception of gay men, of course--all of them have always wanted more.

I think it is possible. But almost always one person wants more than just friendship. I know I normally like all of my guy friends and want more from them. ITs hard to not try to act on that.

I am female and the majority of my friends are male. EVERY ONE of them at one point has made sexually suggestive comments to me...I let them all know real quick that I am NOT that kind of woman, and we are just friends.
p.s. Please don't think that I hang out with lowlifes, my friends are : police officers, lawyers, teachers, pilots, etc.
