I will be traveling this Christmas and want to give someone flowers. I will be arriving too late to buy them once I land, so I am wondering if I can take them with me when I travel out there. Please provide references not just answers.

Why not try an FTD florist (Flowers by wire) in your town and have them delivered the day youa re scheduled to arrive??? The flowers will be fresh and delivered and you won't have to worry about mucking them up on the plane. You also won't have the worry about different agriculture requirements in different locales.
