Start messaging the scalp and temples and the nape area (kitchen) with the balls of your fingers at least twice a week. using an hair dressing that contains natural herbs and vitamins. This will help the blood circulate which stimulates the hair follicles which promotes hair growth.

LOL haven't seen that word in a long time..
Seriously, If you are sleeping on your back, dont. That breaks off your 'kitchen' hair. Start applying a moisturizer and grease that advertises growing. Like B&B supro gro. Dont relax/perm that area, that'll break it off to. instead, just press it.
:)

It is growing, but you keep getting new ones at the edge. Those are the ones that always look short, because they are short, new hairs.
To get rid of the problem, (if it is one) I suggest using a clipper at the edge of your hairline.

I don't know if you can .
if you put your hair up just leave small strands of hair down and curl them in tight curls none should notice your little hairs then
