If your question is how do you get someone to fall in love with: get out there, be yourself, meet people, be yourself, meet people, be yourself....it will just happen.
If you question ishow do you get someone to love you (a particular person): you can not. You can not make anyone love you. If you change to be someone you are not to attract them, eventually you will return to your true self, and they will not know you. So all you can do is offer them the opportunity to get to know you and see if something works out.

Well if u mean get some one to fall in love with u then u really cant make them but u can still flirt and stuff like that..but if u mean try to love some one its not easy and u just have to give it time
