Hypothetically... if I had a bad rash on my butt....... and I used A&D ointment to clear it up and it wasn't working..... can anyone suggest anything else.. preferable something that won't make my teeth so greasy.

Is it a flat rash or one with blisters? Either way A&D may not work. Try an over the counter Cortisone cream, at least 1%.

ha that sux's use that stuff babys' use. desitrein (not spelled right) it dries up the skin and gets rid of the rash,
