If you really like him ,don't say anything that reveals your true feelings. Don't chase him either. Be pleasant and give him signals but don't be so obvious that you become a joke to him and his friends.People can be really insensitive if they don't feel the same as you.Think about it: When a good looking, cool guy flirts with us,we are so flattered and tell our girlfriends in pleased amazement, BUT when a not so cool guy, nerd, flirts with them they are disgusted and give him a dirty look and make fun of him like, how dare they flirt with me!. Who knows why we react that way but we do. So don't let your feelings for him cause you to lose his respect for you.Respect for yourself is very attractive to anyone that is worthy of you. A big part of maturity is not demanding immediate gratification. I send you my best wishes for attracting someone worthy of you dear. Merry Christ'mass.

Tell him straight up. It's the best way. That way you don't fumble with words & make a fool of yourself. If you're too shy, write him a note & get him a card. Don't make it long or you will end up making yourself look like a fool. Just short & to the point. "Hey, I like you for more than just a friend. Can we go out sometime" Or "call me sometime"

no one ~wants~ to be rejected. I just gave this advice to someone else not 2 minutes ago.
Use a hypothetical question on him. Go up to him and tell him "Say there's this girl, and she likes this guy....should she tell him?"
If he's bright, he'll get the hint and tell you what he thinks :)

Just tell him, and if he rejects you than oh well wasn't meant to be.
If you don't tell him, you might miss out on something that could of been.

well i know your feeling & thats a tough thinking.. be positive for the first place. be your self , talk to him & tell him. whatever his decision will be, accept it, understand it but dont ignore it.
Tell him how you feel. if he feels the same way then your lucky.
If he dosent feel the same way, then dont give up.
"Win your Man". time will come for both of you.

Why do you under estimate yourself that your proposal would be rejected? Be confident first and then express your feeling.
