Well thats a good question.
But you dont watch arabic channels do you?
Arabs in different countries have different habits. The Qibtee's (arabic for Christian arab) have their own channels and etc and rant there. If you watch MBC (another arabic channel) they have Christian arab tv hosts there...but the point is..Arab dilemma is Arab dilemma and not really about religion.
Currently the world is broadcasting the issues that take place in Arab world like its a problem concerning only the Arab muslims but that is not the case.
The muslims are still a majority though so that adds up to the effect.
Arab Christians face the same national problems the rest of their country men do.
Oh but then again am sure the media shows you what they want you to see. The Secretary General of the United Nations is a Christian Egyptian man. And hes black ^^ so looks to me like they can go whereever they want to go and do whatever they want to do.

There are few Arab Christians who desire to expose themselves to international media.
Many of the countries in which the live have outlawed Christianity. Islam oppresses all other religions, and persecutes their citizens who are not Muslim. Freedom of religion does not exist in those countries.
In Saudi Arabia it is illegal to own a Bible. No Christian literature is allowed, and if it is found, it is destroyed and the owner is arrested. (and Saudi Arabia is considered one of the US's allies in the MiddleEast)

Look into the ministry and writings of Brigitte Gabriel; she's a VERY outspoken Christian from Lebanon. Here's her web site:
http://americancongressfortruth.com/
Also look into Walid Shoebat, a former Muslim terrorist, who converted to Christianity after 9/11. Here's his web site:
http://www.shoebat.com/
Here's a list of prominant Arab Christians:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arab_Christians#Prominent_Arab_Christians
They're out there, you just have to look in the right places!

That's it----it's the media. They show what they think will be sensational, and shock, and horrify. It also shows what Bush and Blair have wanted shown.
And, it is Anti-Muslim now---that is what bigots want to hear about.
The man who converted to Christianity is now safe---tucked away where no one can find him. It is not an issue that needs to be publicized, for his safety.
And, the Muslim against Muslim you refer to-------it is really different political sides fighting each other-not religious issues.
