three syllables: day - shee - ray. The diphthongs on 'day' and 'ray' are not there when you truly pronounce the word correctly. As far as accentuation goes, the accent -- if you can call it that -- (it's more of an elongation rather than a stress like we'd have in English) is on the last syllable.
