I'm not living in USA, but I have friends that are living there, I just I want to know, I don't to live in USA, 'cause i'm living in the country that provides you of fuel, VENEZUELA!!!

Depends on what you have to offer the US.... if you have a skill/talent/degree(PhD etc) you can try to sponsor yourself, if you have a lot of money, want to open a business or investment, you can sponsor yourself too, you can apply for a job that can sponsor you a work permit or a permanent visa....
