Behavior modification - positive reinforcement for positive behavior - a stern NO when she goes in the house should suffice for a negative response - A crate just big enough for her to turn around in is great - don't get one too big or she'll go in there too. You can also contact a trainer and see what they might suggest. All members of the family should use the same technique - consistency and patience.

Unless you can watch her every minute, she should be in a crate. This crate should only be big enough for her to stand, lie down, and turn around in. She will not pee or poop where she has to lay down. Take her out every hour. If she goes, praise like crazy and she's then earned some time in the house. Take her out in another hour. If she does not go, then put her back in the crate. It teaches her to hold it.
Crate training can be done in just a few weeks. And of course, she should sleep in the crate at night. She will cry for a while during the night when she has to go out. Suffer though this, she'll sleep through the night in about a month. Also keep the crate in your bedroom, next to your bed at night. It'll keep her from being lonely.

Well, it's great that you're taking her out regularly, but have you done anything to let her know what you're taking her out FOR?

When she pees in the house, IF you see her doing it (and only if you SEE her doing it) immediately tell her No! Outside! and take her out. Dogs won't connect the act unless it's WHILE she's doing it, not even moments later.

In the morning, the first time you take her out, KEEP her out until she goes. If she doesn't seem to need to go, then let her run a little -- exercise helps make a dog go. Do the same thing after meals (it usually takes about 20 minutes after feeding before they go, but for some dogs it's less). Also, take her water away in the evening, maybe around 7pm. That'll make her less likely to go in the night.

Whenever she goes outside, praise her lavishly. Even give her treats. When she goes inside, only scold her if it's RIGHT away. Never scold her if you didn't actually see her do it and scold her while she was doing it, or she won't know why you're mad and will take even longer to associate peeing indoors with being bad, because to her, you're just mad all the time for no reason anyway.

Have patience, she'll learn!

You are expecting too much from her too soon. A puppy can only hold their bladder, on average, one hr. per month of age. That means training is a progression. When she is not in a crate, supervise her and take her out immediately when she sniffs or circles. Praise her when she goes where she is supposed to. She will grow out of this soon but it is a lot of work and needs consistency and patience taking months to acheive. Once acheived it will be worth it all.
From what you write, you take her out after only a half hr. in the morning. Then she waits three hrs, then two.
If she whines during the night after she has settled down and gone to sleep, get up and take her out. Put her water and food up at 7 p. But give her a few laps of water if she plays alot after that.
She will get it. But she will still pee on the floor for months to come without a lot of supervision. Think of how long it takes to potty train a child! Then realize this will be a much shorter training experience.

You need to remember that 9wks is very young and this puppy needs to be taken out every 30 minutes until you have a good schedule with it. Have you read anything about crate training? In my opinion, this puppy is a little too young for crate training but, I would definetly start reading and learning about it. Make sure you are taking Princess out every 30 minutes and taking her to the same spot everytime. Also- if she goes inside, only scold her if you catch her while she is doing it and just give her a firm NO. Yelling at her or scolding her afterwards doesn't do anything except make her nervous and more likely to be having mistakes.

A 9 week old pup can on average hold for two hours... you should remove water from her access about 2-3 hours before you want her to go for the last time...before going to bed...

At anytime the pup is in the house..have a body harness and 5-6 foot leash on her and tie it to the belt of the human responsible for her...when she starts signaling she needs to go make sure she's walked out immediately and given her command word over and over, and when she does go..treat and praise alot. I would be concerned about the consistency of eh potty training if you're leaving it to multiple people especially children.

When she is taken outside wait for her to due her duties and praise her for job well done. Use the tone in your voice to help in this. High pitch for good behavior and low pitch when she does something wrong.

You can also implement a spray bottle filled with water as a long distance correctional tool. When you use the spray bottle say 'NO' in low deep tone. If you sprayed cause she was peeing take her outside for 10 to 15 min. & wait. If she does her dutie praise her, if not just take her back inside. Use lavish praise and stern "NO'.

Expecting a dog that you should have only had for one week to act like a six month old. Puppies pee. it is only now starting to be able to hold it for short periods. You asking the equivalent of a one year old human to Dress itself.

your not doing any thing wrong some puppy's take longer to house train and the smaller the dog the smaller the bladder but one thing i learned when house training my 2 puppy's is that you have to be consistent and it helps to have a create for them to sleep in or a blocked off area because they will not go in there den also if they make a mistake then do not carry her out walk her out or she sees you carrying her as a reword.

1. feed her / him the same time everyday only once maybe twice a small snack
2. take the food / water away atleast 2 hrs before bedtime ... last time you take her out is 10 pm put up food and water about 8pm and that should make her not have accidents in the house.

xoxo
