I got a response from alot of angry unbelievers out there. I just want to say to those that do not believe in Jesus. Why are you so ticked off? If you are walking in the right you should be incomplete peace. BUT YOUR NOT. You see it is very simple. When you walk in faith w/God knowing that Jesus Christ is Lord of Lords & King of all things you naturally walk in peace, love, mercy, in patience, oh sometimes we stumble & we sin, but he picks us up, shakes us off & we continue our walk towards him. He is the Light! He is Power, Magnificence. He is alive!! Oh you say he is not because you have not experienced it. You see we believers HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE BLESSING OF FEELING THE PRESENCE AND SEEING HIS POWERS!! YUP! RIGHT NOW !ALL OVER THE WORLD . THE WORLD IS BEING SET UP FOR HIS COMING! & NO MATTER WHAT ANYONE SAYS IT IS A FACT AND HIS POWERS ARE ALREADY BEING SEEN THROUGHOUT THE WORLD, HEALINGS, MIRACLES, & STUFF BEYOND YOUR DREAMS. get educated on this. GOD BLESS YOU.

OK... I HOPE YOU READ THIS.

I grew up a Baptist, left that scene in High School and attended Non-denominational Spirit Filled Church (The Vineyard and various others over the years, due to moves). I went to Bethel College in Mishawaka, Indiana and studied World Missions. I was filled with Holy Spirit, spoke in tongues, witnessed the "power of God" on many occasions (to include manifestations and healings) and prophesied over tons of people. I was a youth leader, marriage counselor and Sunday school teacher.

Now, I'm an agnostic. I believe in God, but find a great majority of "The Church" to be under a great delusion. I am in so much more peace after leaving the church than when I was in it. I spoke so much of being set free while I was in the church. But the truth of the matter is that now I am free.

I am VERY educated on this. I've experienced it full force. Everyone in my church was totally shocked (some still are) that I left. I'm not a looney, I'm not some uninformed person. I think it is you that needs to be educated.

>> Why are you so ticked off?

Let's see - killing abortion doctors, not dispensing birth control, banning same-sex marriage, not sending condoms to AIDS-riddled Africa, the Middle East, trying to put ID in classrooms, preventing a complete sex education in schools... any of that ring a bell?

>> If you are walking in the right you should be incomplete peace. BUT YOUR NOT.

I'm at complete peace with my beliefs. I don't have a struggle in my head about what I believe - my life finally makes sense without the shroud of religion. It's a lot more managable. If I wasn't at complete peace, I'd be putting guns to people's heads, no?

As for the rest of your tirade, do you actually think you're convincing anyone? Really? And truly?

Next time, try an actual argument, using actual things that exist.

Here's a hint: TYPING IN ALL CAPS DOESN'T MAKE WHAT YOU'RE SAYING ANY MORE VALID OR IMPORTANT.

Why am I ticked off? Because you cannot keep your beliefs to yourself. Because you think your beliefs are the only right ones and the only path to discovering truth. Because you think that people who do not believe as you do are inferior and disposable. You represent the height of arrogance.

I'm also ticked because too many people think we are a "Christian" nation and should be living under outmoded Biblical laws; because too many Christians think we'd be better off if creationism and abstinence were taught in schools; because too many Christians are such blatant hypocrites, judging others and persuing wealth despite the word they purport to live by; because too many Christians think I should not be allowed to enjoy the same rights as they do simply because I am attracted to other men and choose not to feel ashamed for it; because you claim to be "pro-life" but are all gung-ho for the death penalty and war; because you don't care about the environment, as you think that Jesus will come down from the sky any day now and make things all better.

I could go on, but I've made my point.

It seems that most, "you better believe or else" Christian postings show the questioner to have a great epistemophobia.I often wonder why?
The frustration seems to come from the side of the dogmatic ,blind faith questioners.
Jesus questioned the structured faith of his time, did he not?
Don't you realise that you are making a joke of faith.
That is very sad, in a world where we need all the truth and faith we can acquire to survive.
I think that Jesus the man,the prophet who spoke a message of live and let live, would be saddened if he knew how ugly and distorted his message had become.
Belief is a beautiful thing if left in the hands of true believers.
If you feel the need to pray for me do so,but keep your beliefs to yourself unless asked for your opinion.
Those who believe, believe. . Those who choose to question, question.

Since Jesus Prayed to God, then Jesus is not God, so if Jesus was the king of Kings and Lord of Lords, What does that Make God (Or the father)?

If you say that God and Jesus are the same, Guess again.

Mar 10:17 As Jesus was walking down a road, a man ran up to him. He knelt down, and asked, "Good teacher, what can I do to have eternal life?"
Mar 10:18 Jesus replied, "Why do you call me good? Only God is good.

Yes, I suppose ignorance is bliss, and if I just "walk in faith w/God" I could be less pissed off about what Christianity and other religions are doing in this world. However, I'm cursed with a brain that thinks. I don't like pat answers like, "God did it". I'd rather find an unpleasant truth than stay with a convenient falsehood.

I've never sent you any angry responses. I am at complete peace. And it is because I don't believe that Jesus was divine, and I don't believe in your god. I used to be a Christian, and felt nothing but guilt and shame. Now I am who I really am, an Agnostic, and I feel free and happy.

No matter what anyone says it is a fact. Your Jesus isn't coming. I'm very sorry.

This for sure isn't directed at me, by using fact i'm no longer an offended unbeliever. i'm a reasonably chilled and happy unbeliever. i think of the final public are. they only get slightly ticked off whilst blatant falsities are preached as fact. creation and that i.D. for example, and whilst human beings use backwards arithmetic to disprove the thought of evolution. it relatively is to no longer say that the thought of evolution is a hundred% maximum suitable, yet a minimum of it has information. To summarise, i think of the final public of unbelievers are pissed off by making use of the way that faith has a tendency to shrink a thirst for know-how in humna beings, fairly than being offended that folk have faith.

What is the problem with Atheism?
Atheism is more than just a problem for faith. It fails to qualify as science. A good science pursues naturalistic explanations of natural phenomena. The tradition of biology begun with Charles Darwin in 1859 and running down to the present time is good science. Darwinism provides the most adequate natural explanations for the evolution of one species out of a previous species. As good science, it avoids saying anything about God’s action in the world. Because science tells us how creatures act with regard to one another, we do not expect science to say anything directly about the creator. For a scientist to conclude that there is no God - which is the conclusion of the atheist - is simply unwarranted by the science. Atheism fails to be scientific, because science deals with the world of creatures, not the realm of the creator.

Jesus is the truth, the way and the life!
