Be Patient, you will see the results.
Stay away from caffeine and sugar. Eat the most at breakfast, then a little smaller at lunch, and Dinner should always be your smallest meal. Never go to bed full. It is actually best to never eat after 5:30 or 6:00 p.m. (at the latest).
And do everything in Moderation, especially when it comes to exercise, eating, and also the consuption of alcohol (if you drink at all).
You will see the results you are hoping for.
Be very patient with yourself and always demonstrate much self-love toward yourself also.

You need to eat parallel to your phisical training to tone up, gain weight.
Ok you must try to eat like healthy food that are normal. You could try to eat pasta, that is really good because it is a great energy provider, specially before competitions like athletism (personal experience), but you could also try meet and some sugar dessert always helps. As long as you keep on with your hard training it's all great because as more physical activity you do, the more energy you need therefore you need to eat more. It's just like a balance. Keep on training hard and wait for a year and see if your body changes, because these things take time. Wish you luck.

It will tone your legs and buttocks somewhat, but the best thing to do for toning is weight lifting. You say you do lift weights, keep it up, it will tone and sculpt.

Just running can only do so much. Keep doing the weights, you will see results slowy but surely.
