More than likely. Before I got diagnosed schizoaffective bipolar everyone said it was all in my head. I knew differently, but they didn't listen. What you feel is exactly what you feel. Your mind makes the feeling, gives it to you, and you react to it according to your personality. So everything you feel is really "there" it's just whether or not there's any physical evidence to back it up. Such in the case of hypochondriacs.

psychological pain? .... you can really feel it but its ur head telling u that pains there and its so goddam annoying when ur being told they cant see nothing wrong ... when you can feel that bloody pain!!!!
