I can tell you what He did for me.
I asked Him to come into my life in June of 1992 and he has always been there to turn to and lean on.
He forgave me for my sins and i immediately felt as if a great weight had been lifted off my shoulders.

But this is done by faith. Not some legalistic measure. Don't do it just because I said so or because someone is pressuring you to do. Do what you feel in your heart. I tell you you can't walk away from the Love of God once you know it's real.

We put our faith in Jesus Christ that He died on the cross for our sins and rose from the dead to cover our sins forever and that we might also overcome sin and death. He will forgive us for our sins and bring us into new life in Christ. We leave our old life of sin behind and walk on in newness of life in Christ.

John 14.6 "I am the Way, the Truth and the Life. No man comes to the Father except by me."

Romans 10.9-11 "9 If you use your mouth to say, "Jesus is Lord," and if you believe in your heart that God raised Jesus from the dead, you will be saved. 10 We believe with our hearts, and so we are made right with God. And we use our mouths to say that we believe, and so we are saved. 11 As the Scripture says, "Anyone who trusts in him will never be disappointed."

Hope that helps

Jesus Loves You

Other than who he claimed to be an his resurrection from the dead...no.

Edit 1
He has saved me from a lot of junk that I would have been involved in, had I not turned to his ways.
People from my high school (graduated in '92) laugh and usually say, "no F***ing way" when I tell them I'm a pastor.

Edit 2
It is obvious he existed Conscious. There are biblical & historical evidences for this. Let's get beyond that type of sophomoric talk & get down to facts.

Can his doubter prove he didn't? As for the guy that said he never exsisted, you are wrong. My VERY liberal history prof in college even admits Jesus was a real man. The Roman records of his execution were found.

Yes, it doesn't matter if you think he was the son of god or not, he is recorded in history... he saved the life of levi, and healed the blind, sick and "unclean"... and in modern times, belief that he saves is enough to turn many people from death... hope is an amazing cure, and then there are people like me who could have killed themselves, if not for all the self help and hope found in the bible, I would be a drug addict(possibly even a dead suicide victom)...

Yes, read the Bible. It was written by people who walked with Jesus and witnessed by millions of people who saw what happened during His time on earth. Merry Christmas!

I am living proof that he saved me from my sinful nature. I know I am going to heaven and reap my rewards. Read John 3:16 in the Bible.
