Most do, some times in their youth, but not too often. It's perfectly normal. Shows a strong natural libido.
Girls have wet dreams too, and for them, I understand, it can continue well into middle age. But I'm not too sure of this last point.

Its something that guys usually grow out of, once the rampaging hormones have started to settle down in their bodies. But, having said that, I am 52 and had one about a month ago.
Girls have them too by the way.

Yes they do but only usually in the early teens when the hormones are raging around. They usually do not involve real sex but only fantasy things. The fantasies are based on what they have read or heard not on experience.

Not "WET" dreams.... I know my husband says hes never actually had a wet dream, But he's had dreams that turn him on alot. but never actually to the point of cumming. I know many many MANY girls who have wet dreams tho.
