Be healthy in your soul, your inner self. If your physical body is already in shape from diet and exercise than it would be good to focus work on healthy emotions, a positive spirit. If you don't have health in any area yet, having good mental health can support you through the rest of the process aquiring overall good health.

Mostly eating properly. Go to Barnes and Nobles and find in the health food section a book called, "Eating your way to Good Health". Then you know the fresh air, no smoking, drinking and plenty of rest regimine should make you healthy and frisky and happy. Good Luck

Try going on a multivitamin and replacing all liquid intake with water. Other than that, you have to realize it's not a lazy kind of process.

well if you are exersizing and watching your diet, you are already doing great...I changed my attitude about life this summer...adopted a Carp Deim attitude...I try to embrace each day as a wonderful opportunity..and allow myself to persue new hobbies..camping..hiking...painting..that provide me with a great sense of joy..

drink lots of water, don't drink coffee or alcohol, don't smoke, don't wear deodorant made with aluminum, and get lots of sleep.
