Well at first I agreed with the person that said there's no way to target certain spots but from personal experience I've noticed that the stairstepper helps to quickly trim down the waist and gets rid of stubborn backfat, also makes a slamming *** if I do say so myself!! (-; I've lost 80 in the course of three years and it was with the stair stepper and a stability ball, another good one is jumping rope. you'll end up losing some hip and thigh too but I was happy with that, it gave me a sleek look. I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Crunches & swimming, and a lot of aerobics...I'd say, lift and hold your legs like 3 inches, then 6 inches off the ground w/hands under your butt...feel the tension that is where it is working and leg lifts..in a position where you look like a dog against a fire hydrant, raising and lowering your legs slowly... .. always a good workout....

There is no way to spot treat certain areas. You have to exercise and eat right. Perhaps see a nutritionist and a personal trainer, even for one appointment, they could guide you in the right direction.
