Fish and chips dude (or dudess)! Haven't had them for a while. KFC is full of crappy flavour enhancers.... Get urself a nice bit of haddock and chips with some mushy peas.... Might do that myself!

KFC MMMMMMMM!!! But after reading some of the others it is the law on a Friday to go to the chippy, plus boiling chickens alive that sounds made up but also puts me off KFC for a very long time

If you feel you can shed off those extra pounds after having KFC food for tea, by all means go on ahead. Alternatively, a healthier choice might be to go to a local cafe, having some salad, tea, fruits. You get to eat and yet stay healthy all at the same time. At least it's better than gorging on fat (and fast!) food..
