My local Petco has a Spongebob tag in their machine. You can also buy personalized collars that have your info written into them, eliminating the need for that extra tag.

I have a bunch of cute, different ones here:

There are the regular ones, but also Swarovski crystal dog tags, Looney Tunes, religious dog tags. Many to choose from.

make one!!! you can make a great one with shrinky-dinks! its these sheets of plastic that you can draw on or paint or whatever, and then you put it in the oven for like 2 minutes and they shrink to about 1/4 of the origional size. you can find them in some craft store, maybe target or walmart, or on-line. i used to use them all the time when i was a kid, and then a few years ago i bought more and its still just as fun!! and you can cut them into whatever shape you want, and they come in all sorts of colors

We ordered our cat's tags from here
http://boomerangtags.com/
they are GREAT, I cat read the writing from feet away clear enough to dial the number. They also come in fun colors or you can order the "collar tags" which attatch flat to the collar so there isn't anything dangly to catch or make noise.
