I love diet Pepsi! I think they put something in it to make it addicting, but I'm with you. I could care less what's in it. I'm gonna die from something, why make my life a little more miserable by living without it?

I used to drink it, but I've completely cut carbonated drinks out of my diet due to the fact that carbonation can drastically cut into your aerobic performance. It will make you short of breath quicker. Also, if you feel that you "need" it at a certain time of day, it sounds like your addicted to the caffeine. Lay off of the regular Diet Pepsi and try caffeine-free. You might get headaches for a couple of days until you ween yourself off of the caffeine, but it will be worth it in the long run.

I don't want to explain it all here, but you should do a search for , " Aspartame ". You'd be amazed at all the bad things it can do to you. I've known many people that drank Diet Dew and ended up with daily migraines from hell. As soon as they stopped drinking it, they went away.

I have no problem when it comes to diet anything. It seems to me a Pepsi is not a Pepsi if it isn't normal. :)) Besides...there is no benefit whatsoever in choosing diet Pepsi or COla to normal ones. On the contrary. See for yourself

Sugar can characteristic to at least something noted as "diabetes of the exterior" and sugar is area of the equation with some zits. even with the undeniable fact that the answer on your question is, it truly is the nutrients coloring contained in the drink (the carmel coloring) that's the criminal. I had a pal once who had somewhat undesirable zits, and it would look to from time to time purely worsen, with out delay, out of no the position. He drank Coke each and each and every of the damn time. Then he met someone who replaced right into a naturalist and advised him to end eating darkish colored colas because it truly is what led to the zits. He stopped and it cleared up 80%. no longer something else about his eating or cleansing habit replaced.

Can't drink it... aspartame in foods gives me a pounding headache. No other food additive that I know of has the same effect on me.
