Supplements? Cardio? Diet? Anyone have any intel on any of these? I am looking to cut my body fat to 15 percent. It's currently 25.

The best way to burn body fat is cardio. Running will burn alot of calories. Please do not rely on supplements as their is no such thing as a magic pill. Continue to eat clean healthy food about 4-5 times a day and your metabolism will run like a fine tuned machine.

I always thought it was lifting burns the most fat. If you know your body, you should do cardio, lift, and diet; especially diet.

utilize a higher protien diet and lessen the carbs later in the day,increase cardio workouts and lifting routines using higher reps ,shorter rest periods keeping heart rate up ,drink lots of water.

Cardio and weights....and eating in moderation, you do not have to cut out all food that is enjoyable but just cut the serving size in half.

Doing the nasty!!It is the best calorie burning for cardio! and extra fun too!!

a tape worm would do you plenty. that or cocaine will work. or try chewing your meals about twenty to thirty times before swallowing.
