Yes, it is. It means "I still love you a little"
You may want to verify the accuracy of that, as I haven't used Russian since I moved to the states. Only Norwegian and English.

ETA: Since it's from your ex-husband, what it REALLY means is "it is almost Yule and I am lonely", is my guess.
