The internet is probably the best starting point.
http://www.witchvox.com - has a networking section that you may find helpful.
I don't know if there are any groups that do open circles or rituals in the area, but if you find a "new age" store or one that carries Wicca supplies (herb store, etc.) there may be some that do public circles. We have a couple of groups in the Dallas area that do public circles, etc.
There aren't really "Services" like you'd think of for a Christian church - most covens are small, private groups.
Major bookstore chains (Borders, Barnes & Noble, etc) carry books about Wicca in their "New Age" section. Check out Raymond Buckland, Scott Cunningham, Starhawk. Stay away from Silver RavenWolf (though you'll see her books everywhere) until you know enough to be able to separate her good information from her garbage.
Other online sources:
http://www.wicca.com
http://www.religioustolerance.org - search "pagan" and "wicca"
There are also several online forums for discussing Wicca that you can find with a Google search.

Also, you may want to try the local Unitarian church. My Unitarian Universalist church has a group of Wiccan's who meet regularly. We also have a Buddhist group, secular humanist group, and feminist religious theory group. The Unitarian Church is truly embracing of all people and the church is only there to help you on your spiritual journey, whether that journey follow the Wiccan path or something else.
