Depends on if you are a US boy or a Europe boy or any other kind of boy. I don't want to assume. But I know that Deer Valley and Alta in Utah are great skiing destinations. Ski only destinations are always a big fan with skiiers but I know that the Utah resorts are very well maintained and a lot of people love them. Maybe you could try them out... Good luck!

check skiclub.co.uk, they provide daily and historical snow reports for all ski resorts worldwide. Tignes in france always has snow. i'm also goin skiing in early jan, but not sure where yet. i think i'll keep checking the snow reports. Went to the Dolomites in Italy last year, amazing skiing, perfect conditions, and the worlds largest ski area with lots of snow making. Would go there again!

The resorts that are getting hit right now is where you should go. I think everyone in any chat will agree that the place to be right now is Washington, Lower B.C (Whistler) Montana is ok and Kirkwood seems to be getting it's share right now.

Tignes, France as it is a glacier resort because of its height above sea level, so you are guarenteed better sking/snowboarding conditions. The glacier does all year sking as well I think, but don't quote me.

Aspen, Colorado. Can't beat it. If you can't afford that, the Hertz Mountains in Bavaria.
