Being born blond does not make one a ditz. Not having common sense or being an air head. You know the lights are on and no one is home. He is saying your are five cans short of a six pack. "Ditz" derived from "dizzy" is derived from "scatterbrained." "Ditz" is a slang insult.
If the person continually calls you a "ditz" and/or are mean to you, just stay away from them because they do not sound like they'd make a great friend. Hope you find better friends with smarter jokes. Take care.
