I'm not a student but I do get up at 5 am for work. I have been doing this for over a year and still have days it's hard to get up. When you don't get a peaceful deep nights sleep you will wake up tired. Some mey say to go to sleep earlier, but all that's going to do is make you more tired. you have to try training yourself to go to sleep at a specific time every night and try to cut as much stress out of your day as you can.

Here are tips from two websites:
This is going to sound really stupid, but it works. Practice getting up as soon as your alarm goes off. That's right -- practice. But don't do it in the morning. Do it during the day when you're wide awake.
Go to your bedroom, and set the room conditions to match your desired wake-up time as best you can. Darken the room, or practice in the evening just after sunset so it's already dark. If you sleep in pajamas, put on your pajamas. If you brush your teeth before bed, then brush your teeth. If you take off your glasses or contacts when you sleep, then take those off too.

I set my beside alarm for 0600 - and this is the clever psychology - I also set my telephone to ring at 0605 but I put the phone on the other side of the room so that I have to get out of bed to stop it ringing.... What happens is this: either I wake up and cancel the alarm or I get up and answer the call to stop it ringing. First, we're strongly programmed to answer the phone*. Second, I'm very strongly programmed not to wake my wife up! A ringing phone will do this so I have powerful motivators at work: guilt and fear.

From the way you described your problem in the question, it seems like you're doing everything correctly. It is tough to get up that early, but if you get yourself into a steady sleep cycle where you go to sleep and wake up at about the same time, respectively, every day and night then your body will adjust to the hours of sleep that you put in. The important thing to remember is that this will also affect your sleep patterns on weekends or days you don't have to get up that early, so try to stay consistent with it even through the weekends. It's tough because that generally means that you can't go out or stay up too late on friday and saturday nights.

i set my alarm for 20 minutes before I need to be awake, when it goes off I take a couple of Hydroxycut(or ripped fuel, stacker 3, etc) and hit the snooze button. It goes off once(the snooze) if I feel like gettin up I do, if not I hit snooze again. Usually the second time is when I get up, and Im ready to go(5 minutes after I need to be awake b-cuz of the 2 snoozes). After I wrote this I noticed you wrote youre weight as 65kg meaning your not in the USA, hydroxycut and the like are fatburners that have caffeine in them. Im not sayin that meaning you dont know what they are but I dont know what you have available to you in your neck of the woods.

We are all creatures of habit. If you get up the same time everyday, after a couple months you'll feel normal.
