i have been on a diet for the past couple of months. ive been going off of it and eating more junk type foods. but here lately it seems that i always have lower stomach pains, feel nausas and have had the poops here and there. the only things im really eating differently is ive had a lot of peanut type products lately. and i was wondering if that might be the cause. or maybe because my body isnt used to that type of food anymore. anybody ever been in this type of situation?

Your body is trying to tell you something...enstead of 'dieting' how about eating for good health?-the weight thing will then fall in line. You eat too much junk food because you deprive yourself of it in the name of 'diet'. You can have every type of food --but everything in moderation. When you cut out a certain type of food, then you start to crave it. You can have 2 bites of anything..why 2? Because the first bite is great and the last is just that, the last, but it is all the ones in the middle that are your diet busters, so those are the ones you dont need. You know the food pyrimid on the packaging of almost every item> Try starting at the bottom, eat what it recommends for each food group, I would be surprized if you could make it to the top of it...you will be way to full...you definitly wont feel deprived. Your body will need time to adjust to all the fiber( the fiber in your diet could be causing the cramping and the'p's'. Be sure to drink lots and lots of water to help wash the wastes from your body) And THINK POSITIVE. See, in your minds eye, the you that you wish to be..let no thoughts of failure enter..you will make it! but you know what? looks are just that..looks., they are constantly changing..they do not define who you are..you are so much more than that..dont let life pass you by while you try for some perfection that doesn't exist.. your true friends will like you no matter what and the rest..well they don't matter anyway!
