How high is you're general, overall weight? Cause when it goes down, the weight on chin will, too.

For some reason people tend to think that is a separate problem. Like that is what they really look like. You might end up very surprised to find out if you lose, the contours of you're face are actually small, strong lines.

I'd say losing weight can be overated, though. Unless you are sure it will stay off, cause going up and down is devastatingly hard on the body, and mind ( nerves ). Not worth it, then.

Exercises that use the upper body can help. Sometimes just doing more in the kitchen can do it, I think.

Try www.webMD.com Or Wikipedia The info above was just my own ideas, but the above sources, and also Wiki can be good for everything. Good Luck!
I wouldn't go for surgery. It's amazing how that may not be you're natural contour at all, and it's an unnecessary surgery. There could be just weight covering up what you really look like and nothing more. That's not enough reason to alter it.

Try on different styles. Sometimes a turtleneck, I've even heard a low neckline can help, by drawing attention away from chin, to neck. Also sexy anyhow.

Different hair lengths can really work! Ask stylist.

You are beautiful in every single way! Accept yourself, ok?!

I don't know if you're female, but if you are, look at your mother: Does she have the turkey neck too? If so, then it will be difficult. Very difficult. But if she looks normal, then losing a few pounds should help a lot. In fact, your face will be the first place to start thinning out, so just lose some weight.

You can't. Surgery is the only thing you can do. You probably need liposuction and/or skin tuck. Please see a cosmetic surgeon.
