I am being told to try using oil or lotion down there, when I .... off??

It's wrong to use anything but a water-based lubricant in that area. Seriously, KY is like, three bucks. Splurge. (Ha.)

The best thing to use is lubrication oil such as KY Jelly. They make different kinds & it's great. You have to be careful using regular oils or lotions because it kinda chafes you. Don't want that on the most important part of your body~

Try some plain old hand/body lotion..

either KY lube, gel, or oil, a little vaseline, or even baby oil
