Is she actually pregnant? Have you had this confirmed by a vet? If she is not I would be concerned that she has a pyometra, which is an infected uterus, basically it fills up w/ pus and is a life threatening emergency. Most of the time the cats will act normal i.e eat/drink well etc. You need to take her to the vet to make sure she does not have this, if it is left untreated they die from this! To remove the infection she will need to be spayed. Do not wait to "see" if it gets better. Be a responsible pet owner and don't let your cat suffer. If she is pregnant get her spayed asap, since each heat cycle increases the chances of mammary tumors and pyometras. Check out the websites below, but you should really get her checked out by the vet asap.

Don't think so -- believe pregnancy "shuts off" the estrus cycle. But she can already be in ANOTHER cycle!

"Estrus ("heat") is the mating periods of female animals. When estrus occurs, animals are said to be "in heat" or "in season." Cats normally have their first estrous cycle between 5 and 10 months of age, with the average around 6 months.
.
The female cat has 2-4 estrous periods every year, each lasting 15-22 days. If she is bred, estrus seldom lasts more than 4 days.
.
If successful mating does not occur, estrus may last for 7-10 days and recur at 15 to 21 day intervals. It is possible for an unmated female to cycle every 3-4 weeks indefinitely"

Usually cats show no signs of being in heat while they are pregnant. They will go into heat about every 3 weeks, so she's right on schedule. Looks like you got lucky - get her fixed now before she slips out and gets knocked up for real.

Ok this will sound strange but she possibly could. Its known as a "false heat" - although she won't ovulate if she's already pregnant, the hormones will cause her body to seem like she's in heat.

So I would take her to a vet and get her checked - that way you know for sure either way.

Good luck with her!

She must not be pregnant. Like a dog and human, cats can't be in heat and pregnant. (Unless there are complications or pregnancy problems.) If you really think she is pregnant, you should probably take her to a vet immediately.

I don't think so, but you should call a Vet just to check.
