I want to read her this poem I found about love, let me know what you think this is just the last stanza of the poem its my fav. part:
I love you without knowing how, or when, or from where.
I love you straightforwardly, without complexities or pride;
so I love you because I know no other way
than this: where I does not exist, nor you,
so close that your hand on my chest is my hand,
so close that your eyes close as I fall asleep.

Read it to her most women find guys writing poems for them really romantic and sweet. It allows men to show they have a soft side which is a good thing for a woman to know that a man has.

That is very sweet. I wish my man would do something like that for me. My only tip is to find a way to either frame the poem or write it on nice paper this way she can hang it up and think of you each time she sees it.
