My calico, Trouble, and I have conversations all the time. The experts say they have the launguage understanding of a human four year old. So they know lots of what we say.

I understand most animals I become familiar with. Their language is not hard to learn. I can talk to anything from a Chicken to a Horse, if, it something that talk. When I had my Burmese Python she not say much. But, she did when she wanted too. Usually when she was out in the house and find a nice place to coil up. When I go to move her then she Hiss in opposition. But, she never did more than that when I pick her up.

I agree with Robin's response, but my cat has a larger vocabulary! He can say:

Feed Me!
Pay Attention to Me!
Stupid Human!
Leave Me Alone!
*censored* Off!

Oh yes, and Don't Move, I'm Comfy.

i think of they're approximately as clever as canines and would comprehend a vocabulary of approximately a hundred words. i comprehend my cat knows the diverse stuff I say and pretends to no longer comprehend different issues.
