when I start the firefox, the session ends suddenly???

Thanks for your help! I installed the firefox , and something is bumping me off when I try to open it. I cant even get to a page.

First, start Firefox in safe mode. To enter in to safe mode, go to Start Menu > All Programs > Mozilla Firefox > Mozilla Firefox (safe mode). If you can't even get in to Firefox safe mode then it is time to reinstall Firefox. If you can start and work in Firefox safe mode then the problem is most likely due to a new extension and/or theme you installed which is causing the problem. To fix the problem, go to the menu bar > Tools > Add-Ons > highlight the extension/theme and uninstall it (them) > Restart Firefox. If this does not help then you should create a new profile. To do this, go to Start Menu > Run > type "firefox.exe -p" (without the quotation marks) > [Enter] > Create new profile > type a name for the new profile > [Enter]. Try the first 2 items mentioned above. If it does not solve the problem, drop me a e-mail.
