Start with a song of love for humanity. Welcome & introduce the chief guests, and all others present on the dias, & audience. Then read a short report of the activities of your school/ college.
Request the chief guest or his wife to distribute the prizes.
Request the chief guest to give a speech. Request your principal or head-master to speak. Ask one of the students to thank.(Vote of thanks). If it is still day light, National Anthem.
