Sure he does, but he is not allowed to interfere with the Christians,Jewish & Muslum governments, because they have a choice to do something about it or not and the government of Darfur is so corrupted that they don't even care, another thing going aginest them is that they are *****, and ****** are view as unclean, so none of these guys will help. It Gods plan man and there is nothing that can get in the way of Gods plan, just be thankful you were born in the country you were born in. Praise the Lord God almighty

God is not an external entity that cares for some and not cares for others. God is an idea of all good will. Therefore, "Yes", there are many who wish for and work towards the good will of the folk in Darfur, and other impoverished countries worldwide.
