Take your $10 a week and put into a high yield savings account like the one at INGDirect.com or EmigrantDirect.com (4.5 and 5%). That way your money will grow. Youll be so surprised in a few years how much you have ($6200 after 10 years starting from $0 initially). Dont waste it on the lottery!
I use ING Direct. They have a savings plan where they take $x per month from your existing checking account and put it into your savings account. The money sure adds up.

My friend won $10,000 twice!!! Off a scratch off!!! Crazy, I don't really like the casino but my boyfriend does, he won $2,000 playing 3 card poker. No thank you. But I hope you get lucky some day. Maybe you should just buy 1 or 2 a week.

well lottery has several winning tickets, but what they don't want you to know is,say on average,a scratch off might have a 1 million dollar prize out of 1 billion tickets to be sold in game,so that means if all billion tickets were sold, there would be one million dollar prize paid out,but what most states do is make several games at one time about 20 games every 3months,so that would mean 20 billion tickets would have to be sold for 20 million dollar payouts,The catch is they don't always pay out big winners cause they take old batch (first20 games)and replace them with 20 new games so you have a lesser chance of getting 1 of those big pay outs.yes i have won 500 dollars myself a few times but what i have learned is that i really never won anything, cause they are made to take your money and everybody that plays will lose even if you win a big win it will make you try to win more (chasing your losses)Best way to win is stick your dollars in your back pocket and pay your own car, house, boat payments a dollar at a time.by the way precedes go to common school funds if that's the case every student should have a computer at each desk,

I don't play scratch offs often, but the most that I ever won was $100. I play poker in casinos all the time and in this year I have won over $15,000. A little over $4,000 was in one night.

the most i've won was $300 at bingo with my grandma like 3 years ago. but 3 months ago i won like $150 on a scratch off. so maybe it's worth it, but if you don't win for a while, quit and pick it up some other time. gambling is a bad habit. but if you keep winning- go for it.

I won 10 dollars in the Pa. scratch off lottery, and zero at the casino. It cost me 5 dollars at the casino to do that.

$5. I can usually win at least $50 in blackjack at the casino. I also won like $100 on video poker, which is my favorite game.

2 or 3 dollars a couple of times in power ball and one time a couple years ago, I was broke , laid off driving around filling out applications . I stopped to buy gas with my last money and when I went in to pay first I just got a feeling about a certain ticket hanging there and I bought it scratch off and got 40 bucks and the job that day .
