...Get 4 jars of brown gravy, or you can use gravy mix, add the meatballs to the gravy, let simmer until hot, and put the meatballs in a bowl with toothpicks nearby and serve as an appetizer.(you didn't mention how big they were)......you can also go to your gravy aisle in the store and they have allot of sauces you can use, for example a Polynesian(with pineapples) so good.

1/2 cup 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
1/4 tsp. salt

MEASURE bread crumbs into medium bowl. Stir in milk. Let stand 15 min. Add meat, 1/4 cup of the cheese, the salt and pepper; mix well.
PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Shape meat mixture into 1-inch balls. Place in single layer in foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
BAKE 20 min. or until meatballs are cooked through. Meanwhile, heat pasta sauce in small saucepan on medium heat. Transfer meatballs to large platter; top with the sauce. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese.
SERVES AROUND 18 (ABOUT 3 MEATBALLS) A PIECE
it's pretty tasty and simple to double or triple (store bought meatballs work well in also and saves time)

I know you don't want a link, but my absolute favorite meatball recipe is on epicurious.com. It's a green chile pine nut meatball recipe. The flavors are awesome, and everyone I've ever served them to have raved.
In the search box, just put in "meatball" and look for the one that says "green chile pine nut". I'm serious, they're really great!

Sweet & Sour Meatballs
Serves 6 (6 meatballs per serving)
1 lb Ground Veal
1 Large Egg
1 Cup Italian Style Bread Crumbs
2 Tbsp Parsley Flakes
2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
4 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 White Onions, thinly sliced
3 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
4 Tsp Sugar Substitute (recommended: Splenda)
2 Tbsp Water
Instructions:
In a large bowl combine the veal, egg, bread crumbs, parsley, parmesan, salt, and pepper. Shape into 1-inch balls (about 36).
Heat 2 tablespoons of the oil in a frying pan. Cook the veal balls over medium heat until brown all over and just cooked through, about 12 minutes. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to drain.
Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of oil to the pan and stir in the onions. Season with salt and cook over medium-low heat until the onions are limp, about 15 minutes, stirring often. Don't let the onions brown.
Stir in the vinegar, sugar, and water.
Return the meatballs to the pan and gently turn to coat them lightly in the sauce. Cover and cook over medium-low heat for 5 minutes, shaking the pan frequently. Transfer to a serving dish and cool. Serve at room temperature.
