I am extremely attracted to a 40something coworker. Problem is he is married-what are the odds he would be into some no strings attached sex with a 20something decent looking girl? And how to bring it up? I have no experience in this area but I can not forget about this until I try it.

the chances are very good if he is a red blooded hetero male... I would suggest holding your gaze with him for extended periods of time and take every opportunity you get to touch him, his arm, or his shoulder, whatever... he should get the hint and you can guage how he responds to it.
