for what i know is, you are not suppose to wash your hair for three days after you straighten it... to ensure that the chemicals are working out correctll(or something like that).

If you are saying you chemically straightened it, sure! Just water! You should wait at least 48 hours before you wash it with shampoo and conditioner.

Not for a day or so, I wouldn't wash it at all.
